Sigh and be merry for moments like these are fleeting. If you can find happiness in even the most mundane of things, you should appreciate it. Happiness is a rare gift in a society of ennui and complacent nuances. Delight when you can and hope when you can't. It is the optimistic who truly know the world. They have seen everything that is wrong, but know better than to let it defeat them. There is no such thing as defeat in this world as long as you reject its fallacies. Kiss the face of childhood innocence with a gentle resoluteness. It is with wide eyes that you can best see; and a child's heart knows no boundaries. The world will turn regardless of whether you want it to or not. So we should delight in each revolution; laughing as much as we can, crying when we need to, loving with all of our hearts, reading the words of those before us, and going beyond what we think we are capable of. For life is precarious and uncertain, but it is still our own.
